Morgan Ventures Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company in the name of Green Dot Consultants Private Limited on 23rd October 1986. The Company has changed its name to Doogar & Associates Private Limited in the year 1991. Again in the year 1992 the Company converted into a Public Limited Company and deleted the word Private from its name with the approval of ROC Delhi and Haryana. Since then, the Company is enjoying the status of Public Limited Company.
